We do not supply Pointer, Altec, Vogue and Avalon bikes in a box. Our qualified mechanics build them completely ready to ride in our own workshop — all you have to do is set it to your own height.
These bikes are not delivered to your home. You collect them from our shop at the Aalburgplein in Hoofddorp Floriande, next to the HEMA. We will call or email you as soon as your bike is ready.
What we do before you collect it
- Built completely ready to ride
- Brakes adjusted and checked
- Gears adjusted
- Wheels trued and spoke tension checked
- Bolts and nuts torqued
- Tyres at the right pressure
Building it ready to ride is already included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.
Can I have it in a box instead?
Not for these brands. Bikes from Volare, MBM, Bikefun and Kyoso, among others, we do supply in a box, and those are delivered to your home as normal. Every product page says which of the two applies.
An assembled bike cannot be returned
A bike we have built ready to ride is no longer in its original box and therefore cannot be returned. If you are unsure about size or specification, come into the shop or give us a call — we are happy to think along with you.
