Every one of us clocks up serious mileage. Our craft rests on a thoroughly lived-in knowledge of the bicycle and of cycling.
We work with the best tools and are in close contact with the manufacturers' technical departments. That is how we make sure the quality a bike promises actually becomes reality.
Our speciality
We specialise in repairing city bikes, cargo bikes, children's bikes and of course our electric bikes, and in making them ready to ride. We repair almost every make quickly and expertly — no road bikes. As we said: we are an old-school bike shop, and we repair bikes up to and including 9 speed.
On electric bikes we handle normal repairs only, such as replacing tyres and chains, with the exception of certain brand-specific e-bike systems. We do not take on every make — ask us which brands we do repair.
What we do not repair
The bikes we do not repair are Decathlon, Raaks, Spirit and Cortego, and no cargo bikes either. Parts bought from us we will also fit to your bike (at a fair rate); parts bought elsewhere we do not fit.
Fat-bike repairs
We repair fat bikes too. For simple jobs such as replacing tyres, brake pads and chains you can come to us straight away. We cannot deal with fat-bike error codes. We do not repair every make — ask which ones we do. The ones we definitely no longer take on are Knaap and Raaks fat bikes.
A new bike: the first three months
We think the three months right after buying a bike matter a great deal. In that period both the owner (you) and the bike often still need extra adjustment and fine-tuning. Our way of working is built around guaranteeing that essential after-sales service here in the shop. Book an appointment for it.
