How to pack a bike properly

For Volare children's bikes you can use the packaging the bike came in, or some cardboard, plastic film and/or sheets to stop sharp parts from scratching the frame.

Make sure no parts of the bike can move around inside the box and that anything liable to damage is covered. If metal touches metal, for instance, it can cause scratches. Cover those areas with packaging material, or tape loose parts firmly to the frame so they cannot shift in the box.

If you write your order number on the outside of the box, we will make sure you get your money back as quickly as possible.
